WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a relationship building and creative process that will inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential. Coaching is designed to influence your natural abilities to bring out the best in you. As a client, you’ll be able to focus on your greatest strengths which will allow you to be in alignment with your higher self.

WHO IS COACHING FOR?

Coaching is for people who actively seeks problem solving solutions and ways to overcome obstacles. If you know what you want, have an urgency to take action, and is committed, then I can help you.

THE PROCESS

The first step is to set up a 45 min consultation to learn about you and your goals and to find out if you are the right candidate that I can help. We then set up the first one-on-one session for the first week assignment, and to create a plan. This is only for individuals that chooses the one-one-one and couples coaching. Finally, we continuously meet weekly to discuss about your progress. For online video courses, refer to the courses page on the upper right hand corner.
